BANGKOK, 25 August 2014 (NNT) – Twenty-nine provinces are being warned of flash floods that may occur during August 26-30, according to the Meteorological Department.

The department claims that the monsoon troughs lies across upper Thailand while the southwest monsoon remains over the Andaman, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand.
