Thai Airways Grounds 14 Flights as Bangkok Flooding Hits Airport Operations

BANGKOK, Thailand – Thai Airways International has scrapped 14 flights on 29 and 30 September as flooding across Bangkok and nearby provinces continues to disrupt airport operations, the carrier announced Monday.

Services grounded on 29 September include Bangkok–Udon Thani TG008/TG009, Bangkok–New Delhi TG315/TG316, Bangkok–Singapore TG407/TG408, Bangkok–Kuala Lumpur TG415/TG416 and Bangkok–Frankfurt TG922/TG923. The following day, Bangkok–Munich TG924/TG925 and Bangkok–Brussels TG934/TG935 will also be cancelled.
