On August 3 a beer bar owner in Walking Street, thirty-two-year-old Ms Maneerat Yuwapat, took a video clip of flower sellers, whom she suspected of being foreigners, outside her bar.

She claims that the two ladies, who were with a young child, were particularly persistent and the child was ‘running around crying’ in order to put pressure on her customers to buy flowers. Some of her customers paid 100 baht for just three flowers.
