Thais nationwide observe Visakha Bucha Day today

Thai Buddhists woke up early in the morning Wednesday and went to nearby temples to make merit to mark Visakha Bucha Day.

Traffic was light in Bangkok this morning as today is a public holiday when all government and private sector offices closed.
