Police are still baffled over the identity of a Caucasian man whose body was found tied to a concrete pole used for buoy anchoring off Samae Beach in Chon Buri’s Bang Lamung district on Friday.

The discovery was made by a jet-ski driver who raised the alarm.

The dead man’s throat had been slit.
