Bangkok turns waste into 5 MW of electricity per day

BANGKOK, 17 June 2016 (NNT) – Interior Minister Gen. Anupong Paochinda has visited the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA)’s garbage transfer station in Nong Khaem district to observe the city’s waste management process.

Bangkok Governor M.R. Sukhumbhand Paribatra and BMA officials welcomed the arrival of the Interior Minister and his subordinates to a garbage transfer station in Chatuchak district.
