Ranger killed in Yala as he and his father were performing a burial ceremony

A paramilitary ranger was killed and his father seriously injured when suspected militants detonated a bomb as they were performing a burial ceremony for his dead mother at a graveyard in Yala’s Muang district Sunday morning.

The dead victim was identified as Zai Jehdoma who was attached to the 43rd paramilitary ranger regiment.
