A suspect in Samui car bomb explosion in April was shot dead by security forces during a school raid in Pattani’s Muang district Saturday night.

National police chief, Pol Gen Somyot Poompanmoung, today confirmed the death of Mahamazu Jehha, a resident of Yarung, who was alleged to be the driver of a Honda car which was seen in a video footage with the bomb-rigged pick-up truck at Central Festival shopping mall in Samui.
