Thai police and FBI agents together have arrested a foreign man who had been abusing children in and around Chiang Mai.

CHIANG MAI – September 13,2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; police, agents from the DSI (Department of Special Investigation), Chiang Mai immigration police and FBI agents from the U.S.A. had brought a court order to arrest Mr.Gary Clifford aged 60 in a guest house in Chiang Mai for abusing a child.
