Female Pattaya Bar Owner Shot Dead

The female owner of D-One bar in Pattaya was shot 4 times in her head.

The incident happened whilst she was driving back home to Sattahip. The 2 passengers in her car were slightly injured.

The two passengers in her car, her 39-year-old niece Amornsri Rattanaudom and another woman named Natweena, managed to escape the vehicle entirely unharmed.The incident, which occurred in April 2014, involved the targeted shooting of 59-year-old Phuthita Sabai-ngarm, the owner of the D-One Bar on Soi Buakaow in Pattaya.

While she was driving back to her home in Sattahip, a gunman on a motorcycle pulled up alongside her bronze pickup truck in the Bang Saray area and opened fire. Phuthita was struck in the head and shoulder and tragically died at the scene, causing her vehicle to crash into a roadside tree.

According to reports by the Pattaya Mail, local police treated the attack as a professional, well-planned execution, though her family stated at the time that she had no known business conflicts or personal disputes.
