Caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra is now in Chiang Rai province to follow up drug suppression and progress in the development of economic zone operations.

She was welcomed by a group of hill-tribe people who shouted “PM Soo Soo” as she arrived at the Chiang Rai airport. There was no sign of protest by whistle-blowing protesters.
