3 foreigners arrested in Bangkok for credit card fraud

British citizens Robin John Faulkner and David Andersen Evans, as well as Fang Keng-Nien, a Taiwanese national, were arrested on Friday for credit card fraud.

Immigration Bureau chief Phanu Kerdlarpphol said their crimes caused damage of Bt3 million.
