Man held in alledged rape of Scottish Tourist in Nakhon Si Thammarat

Police have charged a man with the rape of a 20-year-old foreign woman in Nakhon Si Thammarat.

According to police, the suspect confessed to making sexual advances towards the woman and claimed that she welcomed them.
