Arrested for the third time the illegal abortion clinic owner in Pattaya with expired permit receives complaints. Police and public health officials were notified.
Pattaya (September 8, 2011)[PDN]; Pol. Lt. Col. Ratta Pratumkaew, Deputy Superintendent, Pattaya Police was informed about an illegal abortion clinic located in 223/23 Moo 9 Tambon Nongpreu, Chonburi. An arrest warrant was issued and Pol. Lt. Col. Santi Choocherd, and Pol. Capt. Nattapol Akaruen rushed to the clinic.
