PHUKET: A territorial defense volunteer from Kathu was arrested early this morning (Sept 9) in Patong with a gun and bullets after he allegedly slapped the face of a tourist with the pistol breaking his nose.
At 4:30am, Kathu police arrested Amnard Choodet, 38, with a .38 Taurus revolver and 18 bullets on Taweewong Rd following allegations he smashed a Kuwaiti tourist’s nose with his gun.
