Thai PM Paetongtarn Shinawatra to Visit China to Deepen Bilateral Ties

Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra is visiting China from February 5 to 8, 2025, at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Qiang. Her visit includes high-level meetings in Beijing and attendance at the opening ceremony of the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin. The trip coincides with the 50th anniversary of Thailand-China diplomatic relations, highlighting efforts to strengthen economic, trade, and strategic cooperation.

Thai PM Paetongtarn Shinawatra Visits Flood Victims in Southern Thailand

In Beijing, Paetongtarn will meet with President Xi Jinping, Premier Li Qiang, and National People’s Congress Chairman Zhao Leji to discuss investment, regional development, and trade partnerships. She will also engage with Thai and Chinese business leaders to explore opportunities for deeper economic collaboration.
