‘French’ Man Arrested for Riding a Modified Motorbike in Phuket

A French national was arrested in Patong, Phuket, for riding a modified motorbike. The man was reportedly using a motorbike that had been altered to produce loud noises, which is against local regulations aimed at reducing noise pollution.
