Pattaya police arrest phone snatchers who stole from under their noses!

Sophon Cable TV reported that two men who stole an iPhone from a Russian tourist outside Pattaya police station this morning were quickly arrested.

The news media said it was “yeuy” or “taking the Mickey” to try theft directly outside the station.
