A garbage collector found the body of a newborn baby girl wrapped in cloth inside a trash bin beside a boarding house in Bangkok’s Lat Krabang district on Thursday morning.
A Jorake Noi police officer said the discovery was made at 7am on Soi Lat Krabang 44.
