Russian drug suspect wanted in Russia arrested in Pattaya after three years in hiding

Immigration police have arrested a Russian national who they said is one of the world’s most wanted drug dealers, in Pattaya.

The suspect, Mr Dmitry Filipsin, 27, was arrested yesterday at a condominium room at Mooban Dusit View in Pattaya.

He was arrested on an international arrest warrant after three years on the run.
