Phuket holds candle-lit ceremony to mark 30 days since King’s passing

PHUKET, 13th November 2016 (NNT) – A mass candle-lit ceremony has taken place in Phuket to mark 30 days since the passing of the late King of Thailand.

More than 20,000 people took part in the ceremony conducted by candle-light in Muang district of Phuket. The ceremony was to allow the general public to pay their respects to the late King on the 30th day since His Majesty passed away.
