The chairman the Public Sector Anti Corruption Commission (PACC) says about 6,000 people were involved in alleged mal-practices and corruption in the controversial rice-pledging scheme.
Gen Phaiboon Khumchaya, also Justice Minister, and PACC chairman said these 6,000 names were found to have involvement in the rice scheme and would be held responsible to paying compensation to the state for the damages caused.
