A luxury car dealer who crashed his sports car into the rear of a saloon killing two people inside will face eight charges and may be kept at a hospital for public safety because of his mental instability in case he is not imprisoned.
Mr Yongyuth Kiatisaksophon, Region 1 public prosecution director-general, said Friday that the public prosecution had wrapped up the case and decided to lodge eight charges against Mr Janpob Veeraporn, a luxury car dealer, for the death of Mr Krisana Thavee and Ms Thanthapat Horsaengchai, following a fatal car collision in Ayutthaya province.
