Upper Thailand remains cold, rains ease in South

BANGKOK, 29 January 2016 (NNT) – The Meteorological Department has forecast a temperature rise in the upper part of the country but cold weather is still expected to linger in the region.

The high pressure area which is gripping the country has weakened, causing the temperature to go up. However, the North, Northeast and the upper part of the central region continue to experience cold weather and morning fog.
