Fire with 5-metre-high flames engulfs 20 rai in Kathu, no injuries reported

PHUKET: It took the better part of two hours for Kathu firefighters to bring under control what has been described as a ‘grass fire’ near the wastewater plant in Kathu.

Firefighters were alerted to the fire near the wastewater plant on Soi Thida at 8:27pm.
