Crazed Brit on Balcony causes concern at Central Pattaya apartment

Early on Thursday Morning, Police were called to an apartment complex in Central Pattaya to deal with an out-of-control British man who was armed with a sharp implement and appeared to be ready to jump off a 2nd floor balcony.

The incident occurred just after 8.30am at the Badab Yart Apartments in Soi 42 off the Sukhumvit Road, where Police encountered Mr. D. J. R. aged 59 from Harthill in South Yorkshire, sitting on the edge of the balcony armed with Ice Tongs, a steel pot and a metal rod.
