Arrest warrant out for 8th suspect in bombings probe

A warrant has been issued by the Min Buri provincial court for the arrest of a Turkish national who is the husband of a Thai woman wanted by the police for allegedly providing shelter to gang members suspected to be involved in the Ratchaprasong and Sathorn pier bombings.

Pol Lt-Gen Prawut Thavornsiri, spokesman of the National Police Office, said Wednesday that police suspected the Turk, Emrah Davutoglu, husband of Ms Wanna Suansan, of involvement with the gang and the possession of bomb-making materials.
