Pattaya: Russians charge kidnap attempt on wife

A Russian couple on Wednesday filed a complaint with Pattaya police accusing a compatriot of trying to kidnap the wife, probably for ransom.

The complaint was filed by Vladimir Pomytkin, a 47-year-old real estate businessman, and his wife Yulia Tikhovskaya, 37, at Nong Prue police station in Chon Buri’s Bang Lamung district, according to a Khaosod report.
