PHITSANULOK — Police seized a large haul of heroin and crystal methamphetamine worth about 100 million baht from a 22-wheel trailer-truck in Wang Thong district on Thursday.
The truck, carrying fruit and vegetables, was being driven by Chan Sangbarngsai, a Phitsanulok native.
