Suthep and Chumpol will face terrorism charges on top of sedition charges

The public prosecution has decided to indict protest leader Suthep Thaugsuban and 42 core members of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee with sedition charges in connection with their anti-government activities.

On top of the sedition charges, Mr Nanthasak Poonsuk, director-general of Special Cases Office, said Thursday that Mr Suthep and Mr Chumpol Julasai would face an addition of terrorism charge.
