BANGKOK, 1 January 2013 (NNT) – His Majesty the King’s utmost wish on the New Year’s Day is to see Thai people have compassion towards each other, help and encourage each other and keep strong bonds of friendship.
In his televised New Year address this morning, His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej urged people in every sector to cooperate for the happiness, stability and prosperity of all individuals and the nation as a whole. He also expressed grateful appreciation to the people who had turned up in full force on his birthday with good intentions which he would never forget.
His Majesty then wished the people happiness, success and good health in the new year.
