7-Year-Old Cambodian Boy Electrocuted by ATM at Border Market

A Cambodian boy sat beside an Automatic Teller Machine in Sa Kaeo and died of electrocution due to “leakage” caused by improper installation.

SAKAEW – April 23, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Lt. Col. Phraisilp Kaewseekhao, Klong Leuk police station, Sa Kaeo province was notified by Pol. Col. Subin Boonlek, Superintendent, Klong Leuk police station of a “leaking” ATM machine at the popular Aranyaprathet border market.
