Two Japanese hacker brothers arrested in Chiang Mai distributing nude pictures of Japanese celebrities on the internet.

CHIANGMAI – March 6, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Lt. Gen. Suthep Dechraksa in co-operation with the Japanese and the International police arrested two Japanese hacker suspects who were staying in Chiangmai province.
