BANGKOK, Feb 14 – Cambodia and Thailand will open a new permanent checkpoint and will conduct a joint survey for border demarcation in agreements reached during their two days of border talks in Bangkok.
The meeting of the 5th Thai-Cambodian Joint Boundary Commission concluded here on Tuesday with agreement that a new permanent checkpoint will open at Nong-ian in Thailand’s Sa Kaeo -and Stung Bot in Cambodia’s Bantey Meancheay on March 5.
